Withdraw from a Contract

You can use the form below to withdraw from a contract concluded on www.purefoiegras.com, free of charge and without giving any reason, within the legal withdrawal period: 14 days from the day you receive your order (or the last item of your order, if items are delivered separately), or, for eBooks, 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Enter your name, your order number and the email address at which you would like to receive our acknowledgement, then click “Confirm withdrawal”. We will send you, without delay, an acknowledgement of receipt by email showing the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was sent.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products opened after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, or to eBooks once the download has begun with your express consent. Products must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal to Pure Foie Gras – Returns Department, 14 rue Burugoria, 64700 Hendaye, France; the direct cost of returning them is borne by you.
